Danika Pecht
Fundraising Consultant / Account Director
Danika is an experienced fundraiser with close to a decade in the industry. She joined Hello Fundraising in 2018, specialising in direct mail appeals, with experience across the full spread of retention and acquisition communications – strategy, design, and copy for mail and digital alike.
Having worked client-side as well as agency-side, Danika understands the demands and pressures organisations are working within, and brings that awareness to every campaign she builds. Her work spans organisations of every size, from small charities building a program from the ground up to larger, established organisations refining theirs, for clients such as Royal Flying Doctor Service, Vision Australia, Lifeline, Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation, and Interplast. She also has experience writing for the faith-based sector, drawing from her own beliefs and values.

Daria O'Neill
Fundraising Consultant / Account Director
Having begun her fundraising career in her teens, Daria now has more than 30 years of fundraising, marketing and communications experience across the charitable and for-purpose sectors, in organisations including Oxfam Australia, Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders), the Environmental Defenders Office, Greenpeace, the Wilderness Society, Belvoir St Theatre, the Asylum Seekers Centre and Youth Off the Streets.
Thoroughly experienced in all aspects of philanthropy, fundraising strategy, corporate and government partnerships, reporting and analysis, projects, people, data and events management, Daria’s particular passions are human rights, social justice, the environment and the arts.

I’m fundamentally a story-teller and love drawing together a narrative, images and structure to create compelling communications that really connect with donors. I like to work strategically and collaboratively, and I understand the challenges faced by fundraisers working within dynamic NGOs of all sizes. I’m thrilled to be able to support others in the industry to achieve their goals.”

Hello Fundraising was founded by Jessica Frost in 2015. Having stepped away to pursue other passions in 2026, Jess will continue to work with Hello Fundraising on specific projects.
